Has anyone used these? I'm wondering how the durability of the painted sparkle finish is. Also, do they transfer the paint to cymbal edges like normal painted sticks do?
I'm not usually big on sticks that aren't "normal wood" colored. These seem a little different though.
The colored sticks I have used in the past (most notably Steve Gadd's Model), start to look chipped and flaked after approximately 10 seconds of use.
If anyone can report back on the durability of these (as far as the painted sparkle finish goes anyway), that would help me out. Thanks!
