i've never had an opportunity to play a good 13 inch snare, so my question might seem stupid, but i'd like to know your opinion.
is 13/6 birch snare with thin shells suitable in jazz playing? the snare will be probably from Highwood Drums.
are there any pro jazz drummers who play 13 inch snares?
