MOELLER METHOD

My hands are that conditioned to finger technique combined with wrists that I just can't do this Moeller technique.

Flinging my stick down but my fingers refuse to let it rebound.


P.S. after mucking around,I think I will try this:

RRL RRL and LLR LLR and RRRL RRRL LLLR LLLR.

They seem to bring out the Moeller in me.

I'm finding trad grip more benificial for this style.

Actually just practicing trad grip,I can play triplets faster and play the fast left hand shuffle while playing ding ding da ding on the ride.

Maybe I could try a RRRRL RRRRL LLLLR LLLLR.
