Due to an injury and forced to take time off I am finally back on the kit albeit for only 30 minutes a day at the time of these recordings. Just recently I have been advised to do more as it will aid in my core and leg strength.
Started with not only hand exercises but much need feet as well using some of the trusty Donati Power Drumming, used these for most of my life and at higher tempos for long periods can really push you.
