This track is single handedly responsible for snapping me out of my jazz fusion reverie and making me suddenly obsessed with playing modern funky metal fusion. It's that hook/riff beginning with the drummer's huge drop, a single offset kick note at 2:33. And the riff right after that...that's the one that made my hair stand on end for days after I heard it, lol. They re-iterate this big funky riff throughout the song, and it just gets lower and lower each time until the last section it's just the bass guitar literally snorting it out. God I love it so much. 
Also the concept of this video is just awesome. The opening skit is genuinely funny, and when you see what they do with the costume changes before the song starts it really makes you like these guys, even before hearing the first note.
