TAMA SILVERSTARS & TUNING

Of all the drums I've owned and played over the years (Tama, Ludwig, Pearl, Sonor, Premier & Yamaha), the Tama Silverstars I picked up last week (on a whim) are the easiest to tune with an unbelievable deep resonance.

They sound terrific. I look forward to playing out & recording with them soon.

Peace,

MT

I concur. I got one of the jazz kits and it is an absolute breeze to tune as well. Fantastic sound for the $.

Then congratulations. Enjoy.

I get nothing but compliments on mine. They do tune up really easily and the birch shells sound great. I'm even using the stock heads, no need to change a thing! My only beef is the just slightly undersized tension screws that none of my favorite keys will fit. Still a great kit for the money.
