Ronald Bruner Jr.

Many years ago i met Ronald and he was managed by his father. I don't think they came from "the ghetto" - their hotels were always first class and his father a real gentleman. His breakthrough was at the Modern Drummer Festival and my personal contact with Ronald was always very friendly and funny - and yes, he is a great drummer! That's all I know....

Bernhard

I fimed this:

Yeah they absolutely aren't from the "ghetto" lol, but yeah, he is an absolute machine and his brother is obviously a weapon on the bass.

You think you're sure about things you obviously don't know, if you don't want to believe me you just have to listen to what Ronald said in this video starting from the minute 1:55
and in this most recent interview at 1:37:17

Alright I stand corrected - My bad.

I don't understand why he hasn't managed to start a project on his own yet, in recent years he has basically only played with Kenny Garrett.

This tune still slays me.

Is there such a thing as being to fast?..i wanna hear the latest greatest do a solo in slow motion once. Lots of technique but slooooow motion. I don't think I've ever seen that.

On allmusic.com Ronald is not in the credits, honestly i don't know if it's more reliable wikipedia or allmusic.com
Here is a review from when the cd was newly released. Complete credits at the end.
