Question for Premier Drum Experts

Please help me with one more Premier kit.
I found this kit online for sale. 10, 12, 14, 16, 22BD

Sale includes:
Bass drum tom mount for 10/12
Tom bracket w/ stand for 14/16
Two cymbal stands
(all premier hardware)

Seller says he's only had the kit for 2 days and it's in very good condition.
Shells look good and no scratches or marks.

Does anyone have any info they might be able to share about this kit?
Model/Type, Birch?, approximate age
Badges say Premier England

$499 total
(is that reasonable?)

Thanks!

Early 90's XPK. Meranti shells with two Birch outer plies, black painted interiors. It's a pretty badass intermediate kit. Built like a tank. Price is pretty good for six drums, good condition, with hardware. I used to own one of these and played a lot of shows with it. It's a solid working drumset that looks great a sounds good.

Thanks SunDog!

I was told the kit is in very good shape and the price didn't seem to be outrageous.
The wood finish looks nice too.

So I bought 'em, they're being shipped and should arrive any day now.

The sale includes a double tom mount bracket on a stand for the 14 & 16 toms.
I just wonder if that's going to be stable enough.
Will they wobble or shake much?

All of the kits I've owned have had floor toms on legs.

I've starting looking around at options that could be considered later on to get some legs on that 16 (if necessary).

The first thing I will do is replace all the batter heads and I believe Remo Pinstripes will do quite nicely.

This is going to be my gigging/practice/jam kit.

Rock On
