Paper Thin Bendable Crash-Ride Cymbals

I'm looking for a crash cymbal that I can also use as a lite thin ride not much ping more a wash over sticking but with a quick bite for crashing on edge of cymbal. These look interesting and sound files seem to sound like the sound I'm after (sorry for repetition lol) but I have no experience with cymbals so thin they bend.

In my 3 piece jazz combo I'd mostly ride it. Not a lot of crash opportunities. In blues groups I'd crash it, as well as ride over more quiet parts of songs.

Any thoughts? Alternatives?

Just about any Bosphorus 19" in the 1600g range (exclude thin crash)
Or if you want Vintage: luck upon a 60s little or no ink uFip 18 (that looks like an A) will ride and crash lean ride/
Or full pocket: old Ks 18s (orchestral cymbals) basically "rides" (all stamp eras) 1300-1500g to 1700g (maybe) will also crashsplash but be rides
I've experience (own/play) with all the above (and below) and these are what work for that dual but mostly ride usage.
Sometimes also some old no ink old A's 18 and 19 can double duty (18 19 or 16 Medium Ride)
~
I've been a left-side ride fiend for well over 30 years in stage situations (playing actual playing) and those above stand the test of time (have had others an 18 Istanbul Jazz Ride was memorable, a Sound Creation 18 dc, even a Brass-Tones 18", but (all long) gone)
and ps: Needn't be "paper thin" or bendable (I'm not one to bend simbols; Start to go by and understand weights. a 1300g stiff old K can be similar/solid/ to a 1600g old Avedis. Fear nothing Try everything you can. Look in the dark used corners (of the markets) too..

Oh , so you want a magical grail type cymbal ? Ha ha

I've got a friend who plays Masterworks. Good stuff. I swear this is more "try before you buy" than about anything I can think of. All that really comes to mind is how low the pitch on something like is going to be as a ride cymbal. So the idea of a 19 or 20 is probably the direction I go.

I have no doubt whatsoever there's something in the Bosphorous line that would work well too. And that would be a lot cheaper than the Paiste Masters thin that I have and never use because guess what ? they're too thin for me

You might take a listen to Bosphorus Masters Series thin crash cymbals: Master Crash and Masters Vintage Crash.

I have two Heartbeat cymbals that crash and ride very well: A 24" Jazz and a 22" Custom Dry Thin. They are both excellent for riding and crashing.

Here's me playing and crashing on the 24" Jazz at 1:37.

Here's me playing and crashing the 22" Custom Dry Light ride at 2:20.

The unlathed raw paper thin crash is beautiful and exactly what you've described.

The others are a bit too bright and washy.

I use a 22 K Con Renaissance and I use it for everything.

A regular 22” K Light Ride served this purpose for me well over the last few years. Now I have a 24” Paiste Masters Thin Ride that does the same thing at a lower pitch. I’m tempted to try the 22” version to see if the pitch is a little higher to serve as a grea t crash as well. You should check those out.

I haven’t tried any other Paiste Masters besides my Masters Dark hats. I’m pretty pleased with those. I wish I had a good reason to buy another cymbal, I’d get a Masters crash/ride of some type
