I've only found ones that clamp to a mic stand or cymbal rods (vertical poles) and their arms were too short to go far enough to have a clear view (on a small rack). I returned a Stagg MUS-ARM and have a Quiklok MS303 with a somewhat longer arm. It's quite heavy and tends to lean.
It also occurred to me that it would be easy enough to get a Manhattan-type music stand, remove (or cut-off) the base, and insert it into a standard rack clamp (I think that's the only tubing that would fit in a DIY situation.) Of course positioning and the largish size of the music holder may not be ideal.
Nevermind... search Google for more flexible options.
