The neighbors are going to love you Joey!
It looks like a cool apartment.
Post some more pics when you move in.

The house next door appears to be very close to the apartment.
There isn't much that you will be able to do to keep them from hearing you.
My nearest neighbor is just over 100 feet away and he says that he can hear my drums just a bit from inside of his house.
I never play past 7 pm and I limit my playing when they are home to about an hour.
My other neighbors are well over 200 feet away and they can hear if they are outside.

You Admiral Farragut kids have all of the money. lol where is that I'll come visit.

Its the same at my house that they are in currently. But they can hear it about a block away!

My dad and I have been playing in a row home for the last 20+ years. I guess that we have been lucky neighbor wise.

I think that we all should go and visit Joey in his new home when he moves in and help him
break the place in.
It's been many years since I have been to Fla. ;)

DEAD THREAD?

Anyway, my cymbals are there right now along with my 4 snare drums. I am moving in completely on Friday next week (Feb. 13th.)
Thanks for the input.
I need some advice to reduce noise but CHEAP!
