Help me identify this vintage kit! Hinged lugs!?

Bought these drums off craigslist earlier today and I'm trying to identify them, the lugs on the toms are hinged??
From my Google research the lugs are possibly Remo Encore lugs but I don't know if the drums are Remo drums or not, either way I like the staggered lugs on the rack tom.
The wrap looks really good obviously not sure if it's original!

Thanks for any help!

Does Remo drums use acousticon exclusively as a shell material or do they also use wood?

As far as I know, Remo only uses Acousticon shells. They used to be a brown, almost woody color on the inside, but switched to black in the 90s I believe. Those are definitely 80s Remo lugs though. I used to have a 14x8 snare with those same lugs (and the wood colored interior). Could be something the guy threw together with some old parts he had lying around. That would explain the 7-lug kick.

7 lug bass drum indeed. I thought it strange to see a bass drum with a lug on top but on the bottom they were spaced properly, so counted. 7
