Can't Upload Pictures?

Just wondering if anyone else is having that problem.
It's the first time I've run into an error message when trying to upload a picture through the 'attach' process.

Forum glitch - or something I might be doing wrong?
I've uploaded lots of pictures before, so I'm thinking it's something on the forum end.
 
we had a server maintaince/Update - does the problem still exist?

Upload error is the message when trying to upload, Yes it's still happening.

Good job - thanks. I tried several times to upload a pic today, and it finally went through.

Edit: Just noticed I'm not seeing pictures that were attached prior to this though.

Yes upload works. And it's so easy even a Caveman could do it.

I keep getting a message that the size is too big. It needs to be 1000 x 1000.
How can I get my photos the right size?
PS I have an Android tablet.
 
Cant Upload Pictures

I tried but could not upload the avatar, maybe size does not match. Let me ask what is the standard size of the avatar?
