I’d add that what goes for the hands goes for the feet. Your weaker foot needs to get up to speed in terms of control. I recommend this exercise for both hands and feet. It’s a repeating exercise of 16ths, one bar singles and one bar of doubles leading with your weaker foot. Start off really slow with a metronome at a tempo you feel comfortable with and build up your speed gradually as you gain control:
