The Steve Gadd stick from Vic Firth is thin and light. It's a dark brown color. If I'm not using that I use the Dave Weckl stick, also from Vic Firth. It's a smidgen shorter and thicker but still super light. It's an orange stain color. Try 'em out at the music store.
