Kudos to the previous owner/s too. Nothing sadder than a once desirable kit that's chipped, dinged and knackered. Nothing better than someone who treats their gear as if it's an heirloom to be passed down.
All your thread has made me do is realise that the moment a "nice" Genista washes up at my local shop then I'm going for it! those deep 12" and 13" toms alone make my heart soar.

It's been my kit since brand new, I bought back in 96. At the same time my dad also bought the same kit in different sizes so I have options of more sizes too. Thing is we've never put them together.
 
Very nice kit, some serious Paiste bronzeware too.... what is that neat trick on your hat? I've seen jingle rings but never anything like that, interesting.
