Here is a snare Im having built by my drum builder.Any feedback would be appreciated.Im also thinking about wood hoops as well.Thanks

That looks sick man! Those lugs look beautiful. I don't think wood hoops would match the sparkle snare. I would like to see that beauty with black nickel die casts :)
 
I would echo what Josh said. Nice natural wood or stained with grain showing and wood hoops, but with that sparkle it has to be chrome or black hardware.
 
I don't think you could really make this drum into a bad looking drum, but I think that wood hoops would look especially sweet with the silver sparkle. Like the billy cobham sig snare

What if the hardware was black and the hoops were stained black?
 
Awsome finish. Agreed - black hardwar would be cool. What about Die-Cast hoops?

Also, what are the specs?
