Have been meaning to post these on here for a while now but haven't got to it!

Here they are!

24x24 Kick
12x8 Rack
16x14 Floor
13x6 Snare

Absolutely love them, sound great and look great. Little touches like the turquoise inlays on the drums and the inside wrap on the front bass hoop. Let me know what you think!

This may be an obvious comment but those babies are PHAT!!!!!!! bet that bass booms!! nice set.. post a sound clip!

I'm not down with the whole inlay deal. But I do like the finishes individually. I also like your set up.

The tom tom looks positively cute next to that monster bass drum! Beautiful drums, and I really dig the finish. Enjoy them! :)

Thanks guys! I actually didn't know they were inlayed until I got them, I thought it was just apart of the printed wrap finish. The inlay deal is more of a craftsmanship/quality of the drum type deal, giving it that "custom" feel. The kick drum is a beast though! I was a bit nervous about doing it since I've used smaller depth kicks my whole life and was worried I would be lacking that 'punch' you usually get from those kicks, but with a little tweaking, I got both ends, low sub end and a ton of attack.

This kit is fantastic. Love the sizes and I bet is sounds really sweet.
The bass drum will sound great through a PA.

The drummer for Miley Cyrus in is MD this month, and his kit is almost the same (Blue instead of Turq.) and I thought his looked kick ass too.

I always liked the 50% offset lug thing too.

Nice work on the inlay. How about some close up pics?
Dennis' kits look really nice. I've seen other things he's done on FB.

I like the inlays on the inside wrap on the front bass hoop. Very cool idea!

Love the kit !!!! But please tell us what it is like to transport that monster kick. If you had it all to do over would you order another kick that size? My 18 x 22 in case is All that I want to try to get in a car or just physically try to lug around. Best wishes. John

It's really not that bad at all! I use the big road case boats for my drum kit, so everything is on wheels and my bands trailer has a ramp on it, I used it to for when I just had a 22x18 kick, just a bit more cramped in the road cases now with that kick haha. And yes, I would order another kick that size if I had to do it again. I had always wanted a kick that size after playing one and absolutely loving it. It's just difficult to get a nice sound with it because of it's depth, but with tweaking I got the tone that I've been looking for.

Im afraid to ask what you paid for them

Let's just say Phattie prices realistically unlike SJC, Truth, etc... Very, very fair pricing that makes sense. Actually, with all the upgrades I did AND a snare included, it was still under the price of what those other custom companies I mentioned charge for a little 3 piece kit with a lot of standards and no snare, Along with superb craftsmanship as well.

I love it!

Dennis does great work and the one time I've dealt with him he has been 100% fair.

Stunning, but thinking maybe the line of drums could use a better name.

Watching Stauffer stuff for awhile now and am close to pulling the trigger on a cocktail kit. Quality seems to exceed their price in most cases and the finishes are simply gorgeous and endless.
