My kit in Italy

Hi Gals and guys,

This is one of my Kits, a Tamburo Opera kit. In the pic you can see an 8 x 8, 10 x 8, 12 x 8 , 14 (x 14), 20, and 2 snares. This kit has been on many gigs, and it sounds really great live and in the studio.
The cymbals are Pasha, hand made in Istanbul - I really love them.

sorry, the pics of the london kit were too big, and since i am not near it, it seemed easier just to post the Italian kit instead..... :)

Re: My kit in Italy

Wonderful kit with beautiful grain! I like both the setup and the shell dimension (I own myself an Original kit with very similar setup - http://www.drummerworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55052). Always nice to see Tamburo players also outside Italy.

The cymbals are Pasha, hand made in Istanbul - I really love them.

Could you tell us something more about the cymbals? If they sound as good as they look, they must be absolutely outstanding!

Ami man, it's Gregg from Canada, we met at Arch One through Maurizio in July- so you're back from Italy now?

Are those some of the cymbals that I played? If so, I can assure readers of the thread that they sound amazing. The drums look really slick too. Drop me a line and let me know where you're playing next (assuming you're back here) and I'll pop by.
