Hi... To what hz would you tune the Batter and reso .

Batter Remo controlled sound reverse dot
Reso Remo clear ambassador.

Really need some information here. Shell size, material, thickness...

I can only give you input on my SQ2 snare which is likely much different than yours.

I say crank the reso and tune the batter where you feel it sounds best. Do you like a low sounding snare? medium? Or cranked for a loud pop. It doesn't have to stay in one spot. sometimes the somg will dictate the sound.
