My mixed Monster!!!

Looks pretty cool from the drivers' POV. Very um, interesting tom setup you have there (you don't like to make things too easy for yourself I see).
How about some front-on pics (and let's see you play the damn thing)! : )

These were before the drum rack.

This is what it started as:

Here's with the drum rack and all setup. This room was a catch all in some of those pics.

Very nice. I saw your other thread about how to deal with your pedals so hopefully you've got that sorted.
Also, what's the deal with the "toms on top of toms" setup you've got going on there? Just the way you like to play certain fills?

You have two bass drums, why do you have three pedals or beaters.? Two single pedals and a hihat should be all you need

If you watch the video, you will see that the double bass pedals are on the 20". The 22" is playing when I am looking for lower end bass. They are 2 separate sized bass drums. You said this in another post I had. Not sure if you understand what I am talking about.

I am not in a band, or do any "gigging". So these don't get lugged around. I got tired of the grind of being in a band and decided I was done with bands. My drumming became un fun and I needed to fix that by totally walking away from bands. Now my "gigging" consists of recording drum tracks for my neighbor. It is a lot of fun to play. Some of the toms are a bit awkward to hit, but this is my first day of having the rack!!!

I do understand. thanks for answering. You seemed to be asking for help with the pedals so I tried. You want one sound with double pedal on the twenty and then a single sound on the 22. Cool

Didn't mean to come off as cross. If it read as such, I do apologize. The toms on top of toms. Here is why. I play a huge rang of music. When something was recorded with concert toms, I have close to that sound. Like classic Genesis and such. They are not concert toms, but have them tuned closer than the lower section of the kit. Plus, they help me when a drummer uses octobans. As I don't have a set of those, gotta have something to hit :)

New pick!!! In about a month I will be adding an 18" floor tom and a 20"gong drum. I have 2 splashes I need to add yet. Have them, just don't have the arms :(
