Been a while since i've posted pics of my kit.

The finish is Crystal Krush.

Love that set-up. How did you get those sizes in a Saturn? Was that some pre-pack, or did you special order it?

Personal preference with the tom im always altering it lately left it at that angle for a few weeks now but may change again soon. Dont know why but with this kit i always seem to alter the tom lol.

And the kit is the La rock series shell pack.
They do that and the la stomp with a 24" bass drum :)

Very nice.
I've always loved Mapex Saturns, it might be my next main touring kit.

Love that finish, how do the pinstripes sound on them?

Pinstripes sound great on them specially on the floor tom, i get a great booming deep sound out of them.

Really? Great.
If, if not when, I get Mapex Saturns those where the heads I was going to get.

How does the snare sound? I heard some mixed reviews on it.
14x7 is a deeper snare, just how I like it.
I heard it gets choked really easily, is this true?

Depends on the heads i changed from the ambassadors to the powerstroke x heads and the sound i got out of it was mind blowing perfect for rock/metal in my opinion.

I know a few 'rock' drummers who prefer the ambassadors on their snares..dont have a clue why got to high pitched for my liking.
