Here are my Ludwigs, I call it the "Green Monster"

I have died and gone to heaven!! My dream kit right there, awesome!!!

I've played quite a few kits, but never parted with my first Ludwig set.....

1976 Ludwig 9 piece "Power Factory", 3 ply maple shells with "Silver Satin" finish and Ludwig Silver Dot clear heads. While the base color lacks sparkle, the glossy silver takes on a variety of colors when stage lit. Built and played in the USA.

24" Bass drum
6 1/2" x 14" Supra-Phonic chrome Snare
Six concert (a.k.a. melodic) tom toms:
10"
12"
13"
14"
15"
16"
18" Floor tom
Ludwig 312 double pedal / 1970's Speed King pedal
Ludwig Hercules hardware (for the most part).

Wow, that set is in great condition! Is the snare drum that pristine as well?

Yes, snare is in awesome shape. Only pitting at all is on a couple of cymbal stands.....and the feet (Some of the hardware is Ludwig Atlas, but some is Ludwig Hercules which has metal "swivel" feet instead of rubber boots. Over the years, the feet picked up some rust.

Thanks!

Cool, I have a 1976 402 is really great shape too. They sound awesome don't they? Great kit man.

Here's a couple of Ludwig kits I've owned in the past. I don't own one at the moment, but I'm pricing out new Classic and Legacy kits and hope to have one ordered by week's end.

The silver kit are 1989 Rockers and the black diamond pearl kit are 1965 Super Classics. I wish I hadn't sold them. Oh well....

Appears as if though I had not uploaded new pictures of my 1970s Black Cortex Ludwigs since I've moved twice since the last (single) picture I uploaded of them.

1976-1978
14x22, 9x13, 16x16, 16x18 (also have an 8x12 and 10x14 that are in cases).
Snares: 1970 5x14 Supra; 2009 6.5x14 Supra (also a 5x12 USA Pork Pie and a ddrum Zak Brown Band 5x14 my sister gave me from the Chicago Drum Show auction/raffle).
