I haven't been over here in a while, I was in the drum room today doing a little reorganizing, so I decided to put some of my snares together for a group shot.

6.5 x 14 ochletree heavy metals 22, 7 x 14 starclassic birch bubinga, w/outer ply of birds eye maple
6.5 x 14 tama imperialstar, 6.5 x 14 unix zebra wood stave
6.5 x 14 tama imperialstar, 6.5 x 14 starclassic birch
6 x 14 starclassic g maple, 6 x 14 unix sycamore w/starclassic hardware
5.5 x 14 tama artstar, 5 x 14 arbiter
6 x 10 pork pie maple, 12 x 7 unix padauk stave

Wow, nice collection. Looks like you have a thing for Tama snares.

Do you like the Arbiter? How do you feel about the one nut tuning system? How does it even work? I have always been curious about those.

Thanks for the nice compliment!

Yes, I'm a tama fan for sure. The arbiter snare sounds incredible, the tuning system is rather odd in that head changes are very awkward and a little hard to get just right but once you have the rims back on, tuning is a simple process. This drum was obtained with a used purchase I made, the guy had no clue what it was and just straight up gave it to me. This drum really surprised me in how great it sounds!
