New TAMA project

hey guys i just recently purchased a 1985 TAMA swingstar kit with wine red wraps for 100 dollars off of craigslist. The drums had been in an attic for what was probably decades. they were dusty as anything i had ever seen, and the hardware was almost brown in color. The only actually "damage" was a large sized puncture in the wrap of the bass drum.

I ended up removing the wraps and staining the maple wood, which i might add turned out AWESOME! def. better than expected. I'm going to now polyurethane the shells and put the newly cleaned original hardware back on. I was wondering what your opinions were on how much i could now sell them for, (IF I don't fall madly enough in love with them to keep them for myself), now that the kit is finally coming into great condition, and shape.

the shell sizes are:

24" kick drum
13" tom
14" tom
18" tom
14"snare

(hey, it was the 80's... bigger was better)

Also wondering if blacked out hardware might suit the new look better?

sorry i couldn't have pictures to show you the actual look of the kit, but it is a mid way dark stain, with chrome hardware.
