hey guys

here's a couple shots of my kit in my home studio.

its a older 12x9, 14x12, 22x17 Yamaha stage custom standard in cranberry stain. i'm using an acrolite stamped 1971 right now as well.

cymbals are:
14" paiste dark energy hi hats
20" istanbul agop jazz SE ride
22" bosphorus turk medium thin ride
19" istanbul agop signature ride
20" istanbul agop signature china
10" and 12" wuhan splashes stacked

not shown:

17" ziljian k medium thin crash
14" zildjian A master sound hi hats

Thanks guys. Bernhard I actually saved my first drum head I used during a studio session and even though it was a coated head you wouldn't know because there was only and inch of coating left around the edge of the head ha

I third that!

Nice kit, great colour! I picked up a SCA kit a few months ago as a gigging only kit so that I didn't have to cart my MCA's around. I've since considered selling the MCA's because I really can't tell the difference, sound wise, between the two.

Realistically, I would never let them go because they look beautiful and there is a definite difference in build quality.
