Show off your Ludwigs? : )

I just posted a thread with my kit, but figured I would include it here with the rest of these great Ludwig kits. I picked up this beautiful Ludwig Blue Marble kit recently. It is from 1994.

These were hand painted kits and only made for a couple of years due to the time and labor involved to make the kits. It really is a work of art.

The Blue Marble like mine was featured on the 1994 Ludwig catalog.

Sizes:
12, 13, 16, 22; 6.5 x 14 Supraphonic

This is an absolutely gorgeous finish in person.

Here´s my 1971 white marine pearl kit.

22" 12" 16" (I also have 13" but 12" is my favorite for smaller venues)

-71 was with w/o badge but still orginal 3 ply construction (with maple reinforcement hoops). Interior is natural laquered opposite the previous matt white in the 60´s.

Here's a Kit I picked up last June that I didn't start reconditioning until late Sept. and worked it here & there along with other projects until I finished it up a little over a week ago. I sure am glad to get this one done and all those parts out of the way...........

1971 Oyster Blue Pearl Hollywood or Big Beat Outfit, it all depended on what Stands came with it originally.
12, 13, 16 & 22 clear interior 3-ply Maple / Poplar / Maple Shells with Maple re-rings.........

Wow! One of the coolest ludwig kits I've ever seen. Is that shell design rare? I haven't seen too many of those.
