Nice setup and that. I really hate to sound like one of these small kit snobs but i do think you don't need any more than 4 drums even to play metal, even though a big kit is really nice. It's a shame that electronic kits don't come with another cymbal pad though i reckon.

I see why some people have lots o' toms, but my fills aren't really anything special and this setup works just fine for me. I like having lots of cymbals...

Maybe try to put the extra tom to your left (were normally an aux snare would stand) instead of the right of the floor tom?

I don't really use the tom on the far right. Occasionally I run a fill over there, but mainly it's just out of the way.

I like it! I also like switching my set-up around a bit every now and then... keeps you creative.

Yea, I really like the things you've done with your kit. Offset racks treated me really well, but I wanted to try something... smoother.

I really think I need to move my ride back a bit and roll the floor tom closer, it felt comfortable but I bet this will make it even better.

SOOOOO I did it again. Put the 18" bass drum back in for some punch (and to make it easier to tote and setup.)
