Customized Pearls in home studio

Here's a picture of my set in my home studio. Some drums are refinished/edged Pearl MLX and some are custom made from scratch. The finish is Home Depot hardwood floor polyurethane, it turned out pretty well after any coats and much sanding.

Interesting setup ya got there with one rack and one floor tom on each side, snare right in the middle, never seen it before.

It's cool to know that Bill Bachman is kind of a Pearl guy!

I used a set-up that was something like yours for a while, although I didn't have the equipment to place my hi-hats directly in front of my snare. Did you take inspiration from Bill Bruford for the concept?

Nothing wrong with polyurethane. So the small toms are custom built? Looks like a nice set up.

I assume that hat set up is the remote speedy hat you invented?
I gigged with a rod stewart tribute act years ago, the drummer owned a machine shop and made his own double bass pedal which essentially put both pedals equally off to each side so the kick sat dead center behind the snare drum.
