Now yours...

There's mine; love this set-up by the way. I might even think fills are easier going from high to low with this set-up...

I'll post pics in about two weeks. I currently have two rockstars and superstar is on the way. I can't wait.

Heres on of my kits ( I take on my Dads drum loving and collecting skills, unfortunatly).
It's a Superstar, with Mienl cymbals. It still sounds good, amazingly enough. I play it from time to time on gigs, same with this one Yamaha (it's kinda the same as this one, exept it's a Yamaha) set I got.

i notice you have 2 holes in each bass drum, im thinking about doing the same because i reckon it looks rad.

how dramatically does it change the sound? like, is it alot dryer than with one hole?

Great stuff,
Here is the majority of my vintage Superstar kit. I plan on stripping and refinishing it this next summer. In addition to what you see in the picture I have a pair of "6 & 8" concert toms, a 16x24 bass, 13" & 14" standard toms. I plan on adding 10" & 12" standard toms before I refinish.

Actually, if you tune the batter properly it sound'nt make a dramatic differance. It (in my case) is a bit louder, but there shouldn't be an extreme differance.

As so its a double-bass kit? I'de imagine that would be fun to play on. If it's vintage, would it be a pro level kit? Because supes were pro level way back when.

Yes double bass, 22x16 and 24 x 16 - 6, 8, Concert Tom

10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18 Power toms

13, 15 standard toms - I will ad the 10 and 14 before I refinish.

I have R.I.M.S mounts for all the mounted toms, well except fot the 6 and 8 concert toms

And yes the vintage Superstars are pro level for sure.

I have R.I.M.S mounts for all the mounted toms.
