My RMV Re-wrap

The original wrap was a sort of dull dark red sparkle (but not a glass glitter, which i would have preferred). I decided to use a black crystal wrap which I ordered off Ebay. It really shows all the colors of the spectrum depending on the light thats hitting it. (Try to ignore all the junk in the background in my messy basement- I'll be sure to post pics when they are all set up at my next gig).

those drums belong in Vegas! they look great, nice work, did it take long? was it a tough process? nicely done...

Putting the wrap on was the easiest part. It was taking off all the hardware and putting it back on that was a pain! Plus, I would have preferred that it came in pre-cut sheets, instead of me having to measure it out. The whole process took about 4 hours over two days.

That wrap looks magnificent. Total improvement over the "stock" red glitter. Good job.

Ok all we need is some Saturday Night Fever and you're set!

Ha! I found myself asking the bar owner to turn on the house light right above my kit at the last gig, because otherwise the colors dont really pop out as much.

Very nice. A much better situation than the original "pink" wrap. Looks like a quality job on your part as well.

I read somewhere recently where this color scheme was referred to as "Mardi Gras Sparkle" or "Confetti Sparkle." Seems appropriate enough for your stuff.
