Help! Non-dominant hand needs it

Does anybody have any suggestions of anything that I can do to improve my right hand? I've been playing drums for about six years open-handed, and I am beginning to find that I have severely handicapped my right hand independence and dexterity. I'm open to pretty much anything.

You said yourself that you're open to anything. Setup the traditional way and lead most things with your right.

Well, don't just do drumming stuff like that. Start doing everything with your right hand; open doors, handle other tools, etc.,.... Gene Krupa said that once. He wanted to coordinate his weak hand, so he tried to do as much as he could with it.

Plus this is a lot of fun. Your daily life becomes a little more unpredictable as a result!
