I tried a lot of heads on that kit and finally settled on coated G2s for a meaty rock thud with little sustain. Sooo deep. Kick is the lowest note I have ever heard and floor toms are huge. Great kit.

Nice touch, nice feeling and perfect sound for the kind of music you play in your videos! The snare is simply fantastic: also an Evans G2 on top?

Nice work around the kit there. The sustain and tone sound nice. Great job!

BTW, tell me about the snare? Also a Gretsch Catalina maple? Size?

Nice, fat toms sound, deep bass drum, a cracking snare and good playing.

How much EQ is involved? which effect did you put in the mix? what heads are you using?
