I don't usually think of specific grooves, but rather groovy drummers. So those who first come to mind are Earl Palmer, Purdie, Keltner, Gadd, Al Jackson, ALL the James Brown drummers, David Garibaldi, Harvey Mason, Cobham (when he wants to groove) Dennis Chambers, Ndugu Chanceller, Steve Ferrone, Omar Hakim, Porcarro, every Steely Dan drummer, Mike Clark, ?uestlove and many many more.
If you want something to listen to right now with nice grooves, I can recomend Dennis Chambers solo CD. I think it was the last release. Very nice.
[EDIT] Just checked out the Blink 182 clip. I thought they were a punk band? That's as punk as Donna Summer. Not putting them down. It was played well enough. I guess the definition of "punk" has changed.
