I would most likely get an OCDP, or SJC, with all non-matching finishes..I don't know why, but I like that look.

I've posted this before, so it must've gotten deleted or sumthin.....

I want to make them myself.
Flat black hardware and a purple stain with clear laqueer.

I would die to have one of the 50 kits.

My dream kit would be like this:

I'm not quite sure about the Pure Metal Ride and the Crash set up.
But I would be definetly fun to play.

If I had the money I would want a Yamaha Maple Custom in Sea Blue Fade in the following sizes: 10 and 12 inch hanging toms, 14 and 16 inch floor toms and a 22 by 18 inch bass drum, all finished off with a 14 by 6 1/2 steel snare

AND 14 inch hi-hats
4 crashes (2 dy, 2 wet)
2 splashes
a nice dry ride of some description
2 chinas (one huge one small)
some cool effects crash or something

(i don't know about cymbals because i've not played enough to make up my mind)

I got this idea a while back that I think would be really cool. Basically it would just abe a regular drumset, but all the toms would be replaced with snare drums of various sizes, allowing me to turn off and on snares as I wish. I could go all the way from an 8" to an old 16" marching snare. It would have a normal bass drum and cymbals, but just imagine all those different snare sounds!!! I could tune them to different intervals and it would be so cool!

So I guess that is my ultimate drumset... at least a vague idea.

All those picolo toms etc would give me my debut into melodic drumming.
