Could someone please tell me if I'll be able to mount this tom http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=180302283690 on this stand http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Pearl-T800W-Tom-Stand?sku=448099

I'll be mounting 2 toms to it if possible. Both have the I.S.S suspension system. My current one is a 14" and I want to buy another one (ebay link) which is a 16". I want to mount both of them to that stand I linked and they both have the I.S.S suspension system.

So is it possible to mount 2 toms with the I.S.S suspension system to that tom holder? If not, could someone please show me a stand that I'll be able to mount both to.

Yes, I know they ebay listing has ended but I'm going to get the seller to relist it.

Also, if the the I.S.S can be mounted onto that stand do you think there will be enough room for them both to be mounted on it?

Thanks.

The I.S.S. plate here: http://www.westcoastdrums.com/peimosy.html is part of the equation. Then you need the BT-3 tom mount here: http://www.gordonlasalle.com/servlet/the-327/Pearl-BT-dsh-3-Tom-Mount/Detail that attaches to the plate. The tom stand you show should be fine.....however. A suspended 14 and 16 is a lot of weight, so you should always be mindful of balance issues. Also, and this adresses the weight issue as well. The I.S.S. is Pearls budget suspension system. The Optimount system here: http://www.music123.com/Pearl-Optimount-Tom-Mounting-System-448755-i1140612.Music123 is a much better system, used on the higher end drums.
