Comment please:)

My only comment is to take some dust off of those babies. That is drum abuse.

I re-arranged the cymbal booms to open up the front (and to give more clearance around the kick).

^^Very nice. Haven't heard of Diril cymbals before, but they look nice. Love the old school drum throne. And the Black Beauty is sweetness.

Drums558, I have to say that is one of the best-looking kits I've ever seen. I really like the natural wood stripes! (quilted maple I assume?) I've seen plenty of sparkle finishes that use the same concept, but they make the drumset look too much like a sports car IMO.
This one looks very classy though; looks like it's ready to take the stage at Lincoln Center!

Thank you! The throne is from my other kit, a Yamaha HipGig. All the HipGig hardware fits inside of it, and it's comfy enough.

Diril is a new brand, started in mid-2008 by the guy who previously did at least some of Meinl's Byzance line. These seem different from the Meinl cymbals, however; more Zildjian-esque. I saw them at NAMM, and they had some great deals, so I picked up a set of them. VirtualCymbals.com carries them.

...very nice.

Where did you get the wood hoops for your toms. I am thinking of picking up a couple of pairs for my toms.

Once again, very nice.
