Here are some horrible shots of my Accent Silver Sparkle Zep Set. The lighting is not the best in my basement.

Here is my 88 set. I know the Rockers are frowned upon but the early ones have the same 4ply shells on the toms and 6 ply on the kicks that the Super Classics had in the 90's. They sound great.

I have rotated the 10 inch tom head since these pictures were taken so that the Remo logo isnt upside down :)

Hiya, the drum sizes are 12" rack, 14" floor and 20" kick, the hi-hats are 13" sabian fusion AAx fast hats, the cymbal on the right is a 22" paiste prototype crash Got through the Marshall family, (Marshall amps), the other cymbal is a 21" paiste signature series power ride (EX Status Quo, Geoff Rich) got from the drum tech who lives near me. Oh and the snare is a early Ludwig black beauty.

Thank you.

what paiste cymbals are you using? and what are your drum sizes?
ps. beautiful drum kit.

Very awesome. Thanks for replying. I am guessing your in a beatles tribute band?

Hiya, it's not a Beatles tribute, it's a sixties cover band, just based round the British Invasion, Beatles, kinks, the who, small faces, stones, searchers, hollies etc.

Thanks,

Tristan

I love the blue marble finish, in fact, I have a coliseum in that finish...

Here is my 1967 downbeat. Early 70's black beauty snare
need some vintage hardware.

That is a beautiful pic and kit. The early 70's BB's are the ones to die for. How do you like it? I know of a drummer who found two black beauties, one 5x14 and one 6.5x14, both early 70's and engraved, at a yard sale. He got them both for less than $25.00. Can you believe that? Some guys have all the luck!

hiya, ye i love the early 70's BB, it does detune every 3-4 songs during a performance but very slight, i have now added WFL hardware, speedking pedal, speedking hi-hat stand, snare stand, 2 x cymbal stands and Ludwig throne.....................
