I'm looking of a Funk Chart with a play-a-long to audition with. I'm looking for a piece with a structure, but with somewhat of "freedom", if that makes sense. Does anyone know a piece or a book...

simple (well sort of)...snare rythms...like snare solo stuff...

you have to know how to set up big band hits.

that's interesting, i've never heard of anyone playing snare off with the snares really tight to make it sound like it's on. I'm going to listen to Tool more to check it out.

i hate when i forget to bring my snare to gigs.

it happen twice!

but i learn my lesson. but while drumming i hate when they mic the toms bad adn they get on the way.
