just remember that you shouldn't be moving your whole arm, only your wrists and mostly your fingers. Try looking up videos of the Flying Fingers Techniques for the extreme case of using your fingers.

remember the holy rule of metal drumming, speed comes from the wrists and fingers, NOT THE WHOLE ARMS. Just work on speeding up wrists and fingers, and you can blast up to 270-280 for very long...

Haha, sorry ironcobra it's not for sale :) However, if it's really worth 3 grand I got a good deal. The kit was offered to me for 2K and the rack was free. But thanks for the comment.
