From what I know they are a step up from the Stage Customs in that they are all maple construction...similar in all other respects...I say buy them...they are a great price and as with all Yamaha...

Just as not everyone who picks up a tennis racket will ever be Roger Federer or decides to play hockey will ever be Wayne Gretzky, etc., etc.. Weckl is among the best in the world...
